Kelleah Speichinger
MANAGING PARTNER
Kelleah brings experience in business ownership and education to her work with employee benefits.
She and Steve moved to Florida in 2022 and founded Spice Insurance Services. Her focus is helping small businesses work through benefits decisions with clear explanations and practical support.

Education
She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Emerson College and a master's degree in Education from Cardinal Stritch University.
Teaching background
Before moving to Florida, she taught in Wisconsin public schools and at university level. Her background includes 20 years as a public school teacher, bringing experience in communication, leadership, and mentorship to her work.
Outside work
Kelleah enjoys cooking, 5K races, time on the water, and being with family. She also volunteers with a special needs classroom at Celebration Church. She and Steve have three children and have made St. Augustine their home.

Steve Speichinger
MANAGING PARTNER
Steve's background includes property management, painting businesses, and employee benefits.
He and his family moved to St. Augustine in 2022. At Spice Insurance Services, he brings an understanding of business ownership to conversations about benefits and coverage.

Insurance background
He began his insurance career with Aflac and later built a voluntary benefits agency working with brokers across multiple states. He also served four years on the Aflac Advisory Council.
Community and interests
Steve has been involved in community boards, youth sports, and Rotary. Away from work, he enjoys sailing, fishing, and exploring St. Augustine with his family. His interests also include hunting.
