Kelleah Speichinger is a business owner, educator, and community advocate with a heart for service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Emerson College and a Master’s of Education from Cardinal Stritch University.
Kelleah spent 20 years as a public school teacher in Wisconsin and also taught at the university level, building a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and mentorship. In 2022, she and her husband, Steve Speichinger, moved to Florida and together founded Spice Insurance Services. Kelleah was inspired to help small businesses design meaningful employee benefit packages that support both their teams and their bottom line.
She volunteers in the Special Needs Classroom at Celebration Church and is passionate about giving back to her community. In her free time, Kelleah enjoys participating in local 5K races, cooking, and spending time on the water with her family.
Kelleah and Steve have three children — Max (22), Amelia (21), and Jake (20). In 2024, they purchased a home in St. Augustine Lakes and have embraced all that St. Augustine has to offer. Kelleah looks forward to continuing to serve and invest her time in the local community she now proudly calls home.
